Computer-controlled injection molding new technology come out
November 23, 2021
Experts predict that the “smart blending” technology developed by the University of Cremonson in the United States will potentially change the way humans produce polymers, fibers, films and even all injection molded products.
This new technology can accurately control the entire mixing process and the development trend of the internal structure of plastic products through the computer, so that the interior of the ultimate product has a functional structure that is only 1/10 of the diameter of the hairline. This structure determines the properties of the ultimate product, making it possible to produce plastic products that are stronger, more conductive, or more porous.
It is reported that this "smart mix" technology was developed on the basis of the chaotic theory developed in the 1980s, namely, the principle of randomness. With smart hybrid machines, technicians only need to hit a few strokes on the computer keyboard. It can optimize the plastic manufacturing and produce the best performance products.
