Servo proportional valve, combined with high-end injection molding machine dedicated control system, to achieve high-speed, high-efficiency and energy-saving precision injection molding, compared with the traditional injection molding machine can reduce the molding temperature more than 10 °C, open and close the mold speed reached 1610mm / s, injection speed reached 623mm / s, Position accuracy ≤ 0.1mm, product repeat accuracy error is less than 0.3%, simple and reliable structure, wide adaptability to materials, energy saving effect is obvious.

The introduction of this equipment has achieved a major breakthrough in domestic energy saving, injection speed, position error, product repeatability, and mechanical noise. Its performance index is far higher than that of similar domestic products, effectively promoting China's plastic injection molding machine.
