In fact, most repairs to the mold can be avoided, with maintenance issues and production process control issues.
It can be seen that the mold repair is actually a very small number of reasons from the mold itself. Let's talk about ways to reduce mold repair:
1. Strengthen scientific injection molding knowledge training and try not to damage the mold in production. Low-voltage protection settings, mold clamping speed, clamping force, injection speed, holding pressure, mold temperature and other parameters will greatly damage the mold, which is a must pay attention to.
2. Production control. Things like the hot runner plug and the PIN pin stuck in the table should be avoided as much as possible.
3. Problems in the fetus should be avoided. The design and manufacturing process of the mold is “pregnant.” There is no problem at this time, otherwise maintenance cannot be avoided. For example, the design of the 7 large system of the mold, the material, etc. will not be said one by one.
4. Mold maintenance. The third-level maintenance of the first-level secondary maintenance and mold repair department in the production should be solidly in place, and any brushed dust should be avoided. Spring break / thimble card / shovel chicken thorns should be avoided.
5. Standardization and inventory of consumables. The thimble / spring / cylinder / guide column / guide sleeve, etc. should be as uniform as possible, stocked.
6. Standardization of work processes, personnel training and performance appraisal.
After doing the above 6 points, the maintenance accident of the mold can be generally reduced by 50%, so that the production efficiency of the enterprise is greatly improved, and the injection molding enterprise can quickly collect it.
