1. Take the bag and open it, blow it
1.1 Roll up. The operator manually loads the prepared plastic bags into the inlet of the packaging machine and transmits the signal to the PLC through the roll detection sensor, then the plastic bags are loaded into the packaging machine to complete the bag pick-up operation.
1.2 Bags are separated. The bags in rolls are connected together, but they need to be filled in groups of two or two, so the bags must be separated. This part of the main air source solenoid valve works with the air pressure switch to complete the separation.
1.3 Blowing. The middle part has a blowing solenoid valve in the upper and lower position, and the blowing device has sensors in the upper and lower position to detect the position of the bags. The bag is pressed at both sides to fix the bag.
2 Filling and heat sealing
2.1 Filling. The bag completes the hook bag movement in the packaging machine, then the bag opening action is carried out, and the two sides are opened by two solenoid valves respectively, and the outer electric eye sensor detects whether the bag is opened or not.
3.2.2 Heat sealing. The left and right parts are strip process, controlled by two solenoid valves. The middle is the main process of heat sealing, which is divided into upper and lower heat sealing devices. The upper and lower heat sealing devices are opened and closed to complete the heat sealing action. The heat sealing temperature is detected by thermocouple sensor and transmitted to PLC system. After the heating temperature reaches a certain level, the heat sealing will stop.
3 Pull-cut bag
3.1 Pull cut bag.
3.2 Conveyor inspection. The cut bags are conveyed and collected by the conveyor belt. The conveyor motor for auxiliary output is a Siemens squirrel cage motor driven by MM420 inverter. The packaging machine has completed the packaging process of the liquid items. In this process, the weight of the liquid in the bags needs to be weighed. A weighing device to detect the quality of the bags is installed under the conveyor belt. The bags are collected and this is the finished product. If the weight does not match the grams, the process is abandoned.
