First, the problem: the plastic is a wave.

Cause: Due to the narrowness of the gate or other parts, the molten plastic pushes the solidified parts forward, and the surface is corrugated.

Solution: 1. Increase the injection diameter 2. Increase the nozzle and mold temperature 3. Increase the height of the barrel 4. Increase the injection speed 5. Slow down the injection speed 6. Change the mold cooling water inlet position away from the gate 7. Expand the gate.

Second, the problem: the plastic parts are silver-shaped.

Reason: Due to the moisture content of the plastic, the mixture is not uniform, the gas is trapped during injection, and there are too many additives or mold release agents.

Solution: 1. Strengthen the back pressure 2. Slow down the injection speed 3. Clean the barrel 4. Increase the mold temperature 5. Change the gate position 6. Expand the runner and gate 7. Drying 8. Install the infrared light in the material door .

Third, the problem: the plastic interface is bad.

Cause: The plastic temperature is too low to melt, or due to insufficient gas excretion, two or more shunts are mixed to produce hairline or bubbles.

Solution: 1. Increase the material temperature 2. Increase the temperature of the injection 3. Increase the injection speed 4. The seam line peripheral cold material pool 5. Set the venting port 6. Change the gate position or gate 7. Do not use the release agent 8 Switch to a low-viscosity material that is easy to flow.

Fourth, the problem: the plastic parts are empty.

Reason: Because the surface of the plastic contacts the low-temperature mold wall during solidification of the melt, the shrinkage concentrates on the thick-walled section to cause voids, or voids due to air entrapment.

Solution: 1. Increase the injection pressure (and secondary pressure) 2. Extend the injection time 3. Reduce the curing temperature of the cylinder 4. Reduce the thickness of the mold wall to 6mm or less, set the wall thickness auxiliary wire if necessary, and remove the excess wall thickness 5. Expand the gate 6. Shorten the runner 7. Adjust the mold temperature 8. Change the gate position to eliminate the air entrainment.

V. Presenting the problem: the plastic parts are not enough or missing.

Reason: Due to insufficient mechanical injection molding and plasticizing performance, the material flow is poor, the gate section is too thin, the mold wall is too thin or the air is poor.

Solution: 1. Increase the injection rate. If it is still insufficient, you need to change the heavy machinery. 2. Install the anti-leak valve screw 3. Improve the injection pressure 4. Improve the barrel, the nozzle curing and the mold temperature 5. Check the heating line Whether the wire is broken 6. Check whether the nozzle is blocked, increase the circulation speed 7. Improve the mold venting capacity 8. Increase the gate section 9. Increase the product wall thickness 10. Add the auxiliary line, modify the flow 11. Select the low viscosity raw material 12. Add lubricant.

Sixth, presenting the problem: the plastic is extruded while clamping.

Cause: The material temperature is too high, or the clamping force is insufficient.

Solution: 1. Reduce injection pressure and barrel curing temperature 2. Shorten the injection time 3. Reduce the injection speed 4. Change the high clamping force machine 5. Transform the mold surface tightly and clean the mold surface 6. Switch to low viscosity material .

Seven, the problem: the surface of the plastic parts is dent.

Cause: The surface of the plastic part is cooled by mistake, due to the surface dent.

Solution: 1. Increase the injection rate 2. Increase the internal pressure of the cavity (secondary pressure) 3. Reduce the curing temperature of the cylinder 4. Increase injection flow rate 5. Increase injection speed 6. Extended note time 7. Make the mold temperature uniform 8. Change the gate position 9. Expand the gate 10. Shorten the mold flow path.

Eight, the problem: the plastic parts are distorted.

Cause: The plastic parts are distorted due to the residual stress relaxation of the injection molding.

Solution: 1. Reduce the injection pressure 2. Reduce the curing temperature of the barrel 3. Extend the cooling time 4. Mix the wall thickness of the material and adjust the mold release lock 5. Add the mold release lock 6. Change the gate position 7. Adjust the mold temperature.
